How to create and organize your database

For single database

1. Log into The admin area of your travel agency tribes site https://app.travelagencytribes.com

Note: once you are redirected to your site please follow this format to access your database www.yoursite.com/admin/databases the page should look like this;

2. click on Add an Item

3. Type in the title then click on Create & Edit

4.  Fill out the Information needed and if there is a photo you can upload it on the bottom part of the page

5. Click on save

6. Once done it should look like this

Multiple Database

1. after clicking on + Add an item click on the tick box which says "This is a List" then click on  Create & Edit.

The screen should look like this

2. Click on + Add an Item, create a content then save.

3.  As you can see, you can add multiple items on a single database by clicking on the "this is a list" tick box

 The databases page should look like this if you tick the "This is a List" check box
